**We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. This role would be ideal for someone wanting to develop their career within HR (May also be ideal for a HR Graduate or Placement Student).**

Your main administrative duties include Onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employee communications, assisting in preparing employee relations templates for operations and administration to support the HR Advisory Team and the HR Director) and updating internal databases.

**Working Pattern**:

- 37.5 Hours per Week
- Monday to Friday

**Role: (please see full attached job description)**
- Onboarding of new hires (including Right to Work/ Security Checks, Offer letters, Contracts of Employment etc)
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents such as meeting invites, references and employment confirmation
- Assist the HR Director in internal communication (Wellbeing/ Benefits)
- Create regular reports and presentations for the HR Team
- Monitor general mailboxes action accordingly
- Notetaking at meetings
- General recruitment administration
- Any other general HR administration duties as requested

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator within a busy HR department
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong communication skills
