**Main Purpose of job**

As HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR team and will assist them with all HR related duties and issues.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support across a number of core HR areas.
- Ensure HR Records are accurately maintained and up to date - PAMS system
- Maintaining relevant HR files in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- Responsible for organising and monitoring training and development
- Monitoring and recording sickness absence
- Various other HR related duties including assisting in the minute taking of any meetings pertaining to investigation, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.

The above list is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
- Strong administration experience
- Previous experience in a HR environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Literate
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

**Desirable**
- Previous experience using PAMS/Sage/BrightHR
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Full clean driving licence and vehicle.
