We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team at Reperio Human Capital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the human resource function within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the growth and development of our business.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employment law and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Manage HR systems and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular employee reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee absence and attendance, including sick leave and annual leave.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Degree-educated and CIPD qualified.
- Circa 10 years of commercial experience in a relevant HR position.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Previous experience establishing and conducting employee review cycles, and chairing relevant disciplinary proceedings.
- Proven ability in performance management.
- Ability and interest in traveling to our US offices on occasion throughout the year.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Proactive approach and ability to problem-solve.
- Competitive salary (circa £40,000) dependent on experience.
