The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Reperio Human Capital. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing the human resource function within Reperio, with a focus on generalist HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating robust processes for internal reviews, including monthly and yearly performance reviews, and probationary reviews.
  • Managing review procedures and leading formal disciplinary proceedings.
  • Assisting in the development, delivery, and implementation of HR Strategy across our Belfast and US offices.
  • Managing employee absence, including sickness and annual leave.
  • Assisting in the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs.
  • Managing equality monitoring processing and collection.
  • Maximizing the functionalities of our HRIS system and creating a robust systematic approach scalable across our different office locations.
  • Assisting in employee engagement strategies and building company culture initiatives across our Belfast and US offices.
  • Delivering HR projects in support of business objectives.
  • Managing general HR functions.
  • Acting as company Fire Warden.
About You
  • Degree educated and CIPD qualified.
  • Circa 10 years commercial experience in a relevant HR position.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Previous experience establishing and conducting employee review cycles, and chairing relevant disciplinary proceedings.
  • Proven ability in performance management.
  • Ability and interest in traveling to our US offices on occasion throughout the year.
  • Can demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
  • Proactive approach and ability to problem solve.
