Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrative Officer to join our client’s team. This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Pay & Conditions Team within the Employee Relations Department, as well as across the broader Human Resources & Organisational Development Directorate.
- Offer expert advice and assistance to management regarding the processing of employee personal and contractual information through HRPTS Manager Self Service and relevant offline manual forms.
- Engage in system audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of HRPTS data.
- Assist the Senior HR Advisor with HRPTS data cleansing initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with payroll processing deadlines and provide guidance to Trust staff and managers to meet these requirements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language or an equivalent qualification, along with two years of experience in a clerical or administrative capacity.
