Administrative Assistant (Human Resources) Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team on a fixed-term basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of HR services, including recruitment, performance management, and employee personnel files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a HR setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
