We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Reperio Human Capital. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust HR processes and procedures to support business objectives.
- Manage employee reviews, disciplinary proceedings, and performance management.
- Assist in the design and delivery of HR strategies and initiatives across our Belfast and US offices.
- Manage employee absence, leave, and benefits.
- Develop and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage equality monitoring and reporting.
- Oversee the HRIS system and ensure its effective use across the organization.
- Assist in employee engagement strategies and company culture initiatives.
- Deliver HR projects to support business objectives.
- Degree-educated and CIPD-qualified.
- Circa 10 years of commercial experience in a relevant HR position.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Previous experience in establishing and conducting employee review cycles and chairing disciplinary proceedings.
- Proven ability in performance management and employee development.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence others and problem-solve.
- Competitive salary (circa £40,000) dependent on experience.
