Role summary:
  • We are recruiting an Onboarding Administrator to support TUPE transferring flexible workers with onboarding to NHS Professionals. Onboarding Coordinators are responsible for carrying out initial Right to Work checks and reviewing/repairing compliance.
  • You will provide an outstanding onboarding applicant experience, handholding the applicant through the process to reduce the time it takes to book their first shifts and the number of restrictions applied to a profile, ensuring they are fully compliant (in line with Home Office and NHSP guidelines) and remain compliant throughout their time with NHSP and can access shift without delays.

Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Adhering to regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Meeting colleagues face to face on site and ensuring compliance processes are followed
  • Working with confidential/sensitive information
  • Keeps others updated and informed of progress
  • Can look for ways to make life easier

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including relationship building and influencing skills
  • Ability to act on feedback
  • A desire for continual improvement
  • Determination and commitment to meet agreed deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to travel to clients as required (to include overnight stays away from home from time to time) this is an essential requirement for this role
