We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team at NTT Global Data Centers EMEA GmbH. As a key member of our international HR Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Manager HR Services and Projects.

This is a Fixed Term Contract role initially for 8 months (min) Hybrid role. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in operational tasks, including onboarding processes for new employees, preparation of certificates and employment references.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative handling of contract management (onboarding and offboarding, transfers, contract and addendum generation, references)
  • Support in change management of transformation processes
  • Data maintenance in the HR systems (Success Factors and Workday)
  • Administering and maintaining rota planning system (Rotacloud)
  • Monitoring the HR inboxes, ticketing system. Distributing and solving queries as required
  • Managing the administration of company benefits; health insurance, become1, long service awards, employee referrals, pension, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records, disciplined filing systems and high standard of correspondence at all times
  • Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner and Recruiting Team
  • Service-orientated information and advice on standard HR topics
  • Collaboration in special projects of the HR department
  • Further development of operational HR processes
  • General administration

Requirements:

  • Administration experience
  • Very good knowledge of HR information systems, preferably SAP SF and Workday
  • Relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field
  • A keen interest in learning HR systems and processes
  • English language essential. German or Spanish fluency desirable
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
