We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Tate. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Process changes to payroll, including new starters and leavers
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports
  • Process P11Ds and P45s, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering queries and resolving issues
  • Support the recruitment process, including setting up interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Contribute to HR projects, such as implementing new processes and procedures
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll administration and HR
