Job Title: HR and Payroll Admin

At Tate, we are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to support our business growth. This role will be based from home, with occasional travel to our London and Hemel offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll data and manage employee information
  • Administer payroll changes and updates
  • Onboard new employees and manage their HR records
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports
  • Process P11Ds and P45s
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees
  • Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll administration
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in HR software
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
