Join the enkae team to assist our customers to ensure high level of customer service.
As part of our growing team, you will effectively manage complaints ensuring that speed and quality of each complaint maximised, whilst maintaining Enkae's proactive approach to claims handling.
You will be gathering information through different sources, utilising intelligence tools and settling claims in the best and most efficient way.

To Qualify:
Main tasks will include:
- Providing daily support to directors
- Dvla logbook and speeding tickets issues
- Follow up all customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage admin for sales transactions (contracts, orders, invoices)
- Manage document filing systems, online and offline
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration and complaint handling
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong MS Office skills and familiar with other commonly used software products
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with high attention to details
- High level of integrity,
- Able to work independently
- Energetic and quick to adapt to changing tasks and assignments
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
A Full UK driving licence preferred:
- Performance bonus

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
