IT Solutions Integration: Identify and implement solutions to enhance sales administration efficiency, utilizing IT tools, staying informed about industry trends, and addressing customer concerns.

Data Analysis: Use analytics to identify customer complaint trends, propose proactive solutions, and generate reports for management review on feedback and IT-related process improvements.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent phone etiquette (essential)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (essential)
  • Advanced Computer/IT literacy (essential)
  • Relevant IT qualification and experience (preferred)
