Job Title: Information and Access Officer

Join our team at Service Care Solutions - Social Work as an Information and Access Officer, where you will be the main contact point for all adult social care enquiries.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The hourly rate is £14.40 ltd, equivalent to £11.44 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities

As an Information and Access Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to adult social care enquirers. You will work efficiently under pressure, handling a high volume of contacts, and will be provided with training to support you in this role.
