Job Description Head of Sales and Strategy


A leading climate tech company based in London is on the forefront of developing versatile Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology aimed at removing CO2 emissions from the atmosphere.

With strong support from key investors and government entities, our technology has transitioned from laboratory to commercial scale in just three years.


We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales and Strategy to drive the commercialization of our DAC products and expand our market presence.

This role involves strategic oversight, market development, and leading a sales team dedicated to our mission of sustainable carbon utilization and removal.


Sales Leadership :
Spearhead the sales team, driving revenue growth by strategically positioning our DAC products in target markets. Mentor and guide the team from lead generation to deal closure, achieving ambitious sales targets.

Identify and develop new market opportunities, adapting sales strategies based on market research and customer feedback to maximize market penetration.


Brand Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to boost brand visibility and engagement within the sustainability sector.

Policy Development :
Collaborate with policy specialists to support and inform new policies that promote the commercialization of our DAC technology.

Proven Sales Leadership :

Experience in leading high-performing teams, preferably in hardware engineering solutions, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in competitive environments.
