About the Job:

The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving new logo sales growth, building a sales team, and running cross-functional growth campaigns. This role requires a strong sales leader who can leverage their network and sales skills to hunt and close deals, while also building a sustainable organic growth model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionalize the sales function, including building out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
  • Lead cross-functional growth campaigns, working closely with sales, account management, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Develop and execute a business strategy, working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.
  • Manage a sales team, including hiring, training, and developing sales professionals.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales leadership, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
