As a Manager at Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.

As In Room Dining Manager, you will be managing the room service team, leading by example and ensuring that the orders are delivered to guests' rooms, in a professional, efficient and timely manner. You will be working closely with cleaning and the kitchen teams, ensuring that the Broadwick guests will be served to the best of the team's ability to make the guests' experience as memorable as possible. The In Room Dining Manager is also responsible for the in room mini bars and guest in room amenities. You will be looking after the Room Service team while working adjacently with other F&B and Kitchen colleagues to provide our guests with their orders, ensuring any dietary requirements have been followed and accommodated accordingly.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in In Room Dining or management within a 5* luxury or lifestyle hotel
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a room service shift patterns including evenings and weekends
