Company Description

Searcys are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to run the events and ensuring the highest standards of service across each of the services offered by The Honorary Artillery Company

Job Description

Job Role: Full Time

Salary:  37,000 per annum, plus up to 20% performance based bonus

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales into the venue to achieve the monthly and annual sales target
  • Receive incoming enquiries in accordance with the Sales Department standards and procedures and to convert them into confirmed business
  • Actively upsell to increase average spends and revenue opportunities
  • To conduct show arounds, tastings and client visits to a high standard
  • To create and complete function sheets, detailing all event requirements
  • Help oversee the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain good work relationships with the venue, venue client and other Searcys sites
  • Ensure billing invoices are completed within agreed timeframes

Qualifications

  • Experience within the Events and Hospitality industry
  • Excellent food and beverage product knowledge
  • Demonstrates effective time management and organisation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Supportive team player
  • Strong customer service skills
