What will you be responsible for?

As Project Manager you will take responsibility for the safe, delivery of a large construction project with ownership of site operations, budget and programme.

Your day to day will include:

Manage and monitor subcontractor performance ensuring compliance with the programme demands and utilising information from site management team to inform monthly reports which track adherence against programme and commercial targets.

Ensure works are being carried to the required quality standard as detailed in the project quality plan.

Ensure works under your leadership comply with the project specific environmental plan and waste management.

Chair and attend key stakeholder meetings with supply chain, partners, clients and internal departments as required.

Manage multi discipline site projects teams encorporating site management, design, quamtity surveying and planning specialists

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

You can demonstrate delivering high value construction projects within the main contyracting environment

You hold relevant qualification (HND/ Degree/ NVQ/ Trade) in construction discipline

You have strong technical knowledge covering full lifecycle construction

You are able to take lead on projects valued £25M +
