Project Engineering Specialist

Overview: Ross-shire Engineering Limited is seeking a dedicated Project Engineering Specialist to enhance our project delivery and management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring performance is managed from inception to completion.
- Supervise operational sites and coordinate with delivery teams, including Project Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors.
- Act as the primary contact for project inquiries, conducting site surveys and client meetings to clarify specific requirements.
- Direct and allocate tasks to Trade Operatives and Apprentices, emphasizing quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Prepare and finalize contract documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and client quality systems through effective management of project quality deliverables and procedures.
- Engage with subcontractors, managing tender specifications, quotations, and health and safety documentation reviews.
- Develop Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans, adhering to Principal Contractor responsibilities under relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- A degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with a background in Engineering or Supervision.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials across various engineering disciplines, particularly Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.
- A valid UK Driving Licence.
