Overview: Ross-shire Engineering Limited is seeking a dedicated Project Engineering Specialist to enhance our project delivery and management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring performance is managed from inception to completion.
  • Supervise operational sites and coordinate with delivery teams, including Project Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors.
  • Act as the primary contact for project inquiries, conducting site surveys and client meetings to clarify specific requirements.
  • Direct and allocate tasks to Trade Operatives and Apprentices, emphasizing quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and finalize contract documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client quality systems through effective management of project quality deliverables and procedures.
  • Engage with subcontractors, managing tender specifications, quotations, and health and safety documentation reviews.
  • Develop Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans, adhering to Principal Contractor responsibilities under relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with a background in Engineering or Supervision.
  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials across various engineering disciplines, particularly Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
