    Oakleaf Partnership north are seeking a HR project Coordinator to join our clients team for a 6 month FTC supporting the existing team whilst they undertake a global project moving to one outsourced payroll provider.

    In this role you will be responsible for collating data from various different sources which will include finance/HR and payroll systems and liaising with the relevant teams to ensure that data is collected efficiently as to not delay the project. You will also be responsible for migrating and formatting the data into excel workbooks ready for the new provider to implement into the system.

    Candidates will need to demonstrate previous payroll implementation / payroll administration experience and/or HR experience. You will also hold proficient excel skills for example able to perform V look ups / X Look ups etc.
