Description

The interim HR Generalist will:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to the business
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and policies
  • Identify and address HR issues and trends affecting the business using a range of MI
  • Provide support and guidance on a broad range of ER issues
  • Facilitate employee development and performance management
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to improve HR procedures and policies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and legislation
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required

Profile

The successful HR Generalist should be/have:

  • Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • A solid understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
