**About Our Client**:
I am working on an exciting new role with one of my manufacturing clients who are based in LS10. They are looking for a HR Generalist to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This is a newly created role due to business expansion, and it is paying up to £32,000.

The successful HR Generalist will be responsible for:

- The full employment life cycle including posting job adverts, arranging interviews, pre screening and producing contracts and offer letters. Similarly you will also be processing any leavers and conducting exit interviews
- Supporting with grievance and disciplinary meetings which will include providing all relevant documents for managers, note taking and producing outcome letters
- Absence & performance management
- Arranging and supporting with probation reviews
- Producing reports for management relating to retention and turnover
- Being the main point of contact for HR related queries

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Generalist will have:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role
- Good understanding of the employment life cycle, and different HR processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritisation skills
- Experience of dealing with confidential information
- Good communication skills
