We are looking for someone to join our Shipping & Logistics Business Unit. You will be responsible for the development of our solutions dedicated to shipowners and charterers. The person who will join us should be good at leading and coordinating different functions of a company, namely product, commercial and engineering. The new joiner will also need to be excellent at facing clients and at ease with the techy side of things. Most importantly, we are looking for someone hands-on and not afraid to get into the nitty gritty.


This job is a great opportunity to have a 360 experience of Kpler.

Your role will be to:

  • Be the internal expert and champion of the Shipping segment digital solutions.
  • Drive the performances of our Shipping solutions both from a sales and product standpoint, in full coordination with the sales and product leadership.
  • Build and execute the roadmap with the engineering and product team.
  • Support the Sales team from a technical standpoint during the meetings with the industry.
  • Ask the right questions during those interactions to build a critical view of the product roadmap.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on shipping to the internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Construct a clear vision of the needs of the industry.
  • Be at the core of the Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Support the marketing endeavours and leadgen initiatives.
  • Analyse market data, industry reports, and customer feedback to generate insights that inform business strategy.

You will be assessed on:

  • The commercial performances of your products at the end of each year.
  • Your impact on accelerating the roadmap and the delivery of new features.
  • Your ability to collaborate with and coordinate between different functions of the company: sales, product and engineering mostly.
  • Your proactivity to identify issues outside of your standard scope and to solve them.
