We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Shipping & Logistics Business Unit as a Maritime Digital Solutions Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading our digital solutions for the shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Development of Digital Solutions: You will be responsible for driving the performance of our shipping solutions from a sales and product standpoint, in full coordination with the sales and product leadership.
- Build and Execute the Roadmap: You will work closely with the engineering and product team to build and execute the roadmap for our shipping solutions.
- Support Sales Team: You will provide technical support to the sales team during meetings with industry stakeholders, asking the right questions to build a critical view of the product roadmap.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: You will serve as a trusted advisor on shipping to internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Construct a Clear Vision: You will construct a clear vision of the needs of the industry and be at the core of the Go-To-Market strategy.
- Support Marketing Efforts: You will support marketing endeavors and leadgen initiatives.
- Analyze Market Data: You will analyze market data, industry reports, and customer feedback to generate insights that inform business strategy.
- Commercial Performance: You will be assessed on the commercial performance of your products at the end of each year.
- Roadmap Acceleration: Your impact on accelerating the roadmap and the delivery of new features will be evaluated.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Your ability to collaborate with and coordinate between different functions of the company, including sales, product, and engineering, will be assessed.
- Proactivity: Your proactivity in identifying issues outside of your standard scope and solving them will be evaluated.
