Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for ecommerce site performance and business delivering forecasted sales and KPIs across Colart’s portfolio of brands that currently include Winsor & Newton, Liquitex, and Snazaroo. This hands-on position manages the end-to-end management of our DTC platform (currently migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify) focusing on driving conversion and revenue.

Your key accountabilities will include the following:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and maximize sales on our United Kingdom ecommerce platforms across our portfolio of branded websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Global Ecommerce and UK Commercial) to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Identify new onsite opportunities proactively and contribute ideas for improving customer experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Partner with Brand teams to develop the right Brand experience and share best practices.
  • Support the EU commercial team with guidance and sharing best practices.
  • Plan, build, and execute promotional activities and campaigns on all ecommerce websites.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation and generate regular reports on ecommerce performance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in web content management platforms with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify (with an understanding of WordPress).
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Monday.com is preferred).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across international markets

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Business degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in web content management platforms with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify (with an understanding of WordPress).
