Head of Ecommerce

In your role, you will report directly into our Global eCommerce & Trading Director and work cross functionally with the broader Digital teams and stakeholders across the business.
- You will be accountable for delivering the EU sales and underpinning KPI’s - with a robust understanding of market dynamics to inform opportunity or risk profiles at a country level
- You will be responsible for the management and development of the Regional Trading team
- You will act as commercial guardian, ensuring proposals to drive trade are built with profitability and brand positioning at the core
- You will have a keen eye on local propositions, taking ownership for establishing the best in class proposition, and reason to shop DTC
- You will work closely with business partners in Demand Planning and Supply Chain ensuring shifts in trend are captured in a timely, clear manner

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in a Senior Trading role, with a track record of delivering against objectives
- Extensive experience of eCommerce growth strategies, preferably in the European D2C space
- An experienced team lead
- High level of proficiency in analytics platforms (Looker ideal
- Extensive experience of forecasting both KPIs and product
- Experience in re-engineering team and stakeholder processes to drive efficiency and increased productivity
- Great communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in an agile, reactive environment whilst remaining collaborative, curious and hands-on
