Looking for an experienced Head of Ecommerce to join an established wellness brand in an explosive category. Over the last decade the brand has built a strong retail presence across UK and EU with a product that stands out now stocked in some of the UKs biggest brands. Now looking to heavily invest their focus to their d2c proposition this is their first senior ecom hire to work along side the Head of Brand. As a £20m privately owned company they have only scratched the surface of ecommerce with a strong foundation of market share and a superior product this is a superb opportunity for a head on and entrepreneurial Head of Ecom.


Role:


  • Own, define and deliver a robust UK ecommerce growth strategy working closely with the CEO / Founder.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strateg
  • Work with paid media agencies to drive and scale growth within defined targets
  • Responsible for building out potential new revenue streams including online subscription
  • Own the customer acquisition and retention KPIs and know how to deliver these
  • Obsess about hitting target revenue, AOV & the conversion rate
  • Responsible for creating a seamless customer experience
  • Lead, grow and manage a newly formed Ecom team in time
  • Execute non-paid channel initiatives across loyalty and referral.
  • Continually improve technical SEO, using external expertise
  • Ownership of promotional strategies and integration with Marketing Content Calendar.


About you?


  • Experienced broad end to end Head of Ecommerce.
  • Track record in growing a d2c scale-up brand ideally with subscription experience in wellness or beauty /skincare sector
  • Experienced working in a founder-led business
  • Highly commercial, analytical and an ability to utilise a data-led approach for customer segmentation and user experience optimisation.
  • Brings passion, and energy to a fast-paced environment
  • Very entrepreneurial with an obsession of driving performance online creating seamless journeys
  • Proven ability in leading, motivating, and nurturing high-performing teams.


£70k - £85k DOE
