Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a Ecommerce Sales Manager (DTC) . The role will report directly into the Regional Head of DTC & Digital for Arlo Europe, while working closely with the rest of Arlo Europe Organization.

Strategic context and Value proposition

Verisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo’s European business, in particular, the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail. Additionally, Verisure is entering into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.

Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail d, we drive our core go to market channels: direct field sales, Alliances and acquisition of Arlo Europe now gives us a leadership strong position in these two emerging and important future emerging channels for our business. This transaction has strategic led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.

Arlo Europe is present in 49 Countries and its expansion is continuing rapidly . The Digital Sales & Marketing Executive will support our growth in line with a strong and visionary Management that is creating a robust business plan for value creation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end management of our ArloDTCsales in Europe. This includes but not is not limited to promotions (including tactical and strategic planning), inventory (sales in and out, forecasting/DA), product launches and product strategy LeadDTCsales execution for DE and CH markets incl. localization (translations, local promotional strategy, QA testing and site management) Lead, mentor and motivate theDTCsales team to ensure high performance and productivity by building commercial knowledge and proactively identify ways to fill knowledge gaps through engaging with the wider sales organization (2 Direct Reports) Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets forDTCat EU level. Top and bottom line. Weekly reporting and forecasting aligning with Omni-channel and Amazon Review overallDTCpromotional strategy – (global and local execution) – creative targeting of consumers and testing and learning different executions in different regions Identify, develop and execute sales opportunities and share number based business cases to support decision making, collaborating with FP&A Sharing best practice with theDTCteam but also the wider business to ensure we are stay ahead of trends / learnings as we focus more online / digital Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information for management reporting and quarterly business reviews Manage stock forecasting, working withDTCAccount Managers to ensure accuracy in forecasting and alignment with budget Accountability and P&L ownership alongside Head ofDTC Full responsibility for quarterly trade spend budgets at channel and country level Interact with other departments, both internally and externally, as needed to supportDTCdevelopment .Acquisition Team and finance Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives Competitor analysis ofDTCsites – monitoring of offers / executions / functionality to ensure we are keeping pace Work collaboratively with the other commercial teams to share market insights and drive complimentary sales plans

Role based in London Victoria, UK or Munich, Germany or Geneva, Switzerland (hybrid)

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

Key requirements:

2+ years in a senior sales role (online/ecommerce based) ROI mindset where sales activities are continuously evaluated to conclude on numerical output vs target, as well as “what’s working”, “what’s not working” and key learnings going forward Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transfer this to meaningful actions that drive results Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Solutions oriented mindset, ie focus efforts on what’s possible within current business objectives and budgets Proactive and capable of identifying opportunities and executing with minimal direction Previous experience working with P&L Confident in presenting to seniorleadership Not afraid to roll up sleeves to get the work done Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in German/English French language a bonus
