About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned digital leader to join our team as Vice President, B2B Ecommerce Western Europe. This is a key role in developing our ecommerce channel strategy and further strengthening our digital skills, capabilities, and infrastructure for one of our core Market Groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage Ecommerce Team: Lead a team of highly skilled regional ecommerce experts, responsible for executing digital ecommerce-related activities within the region.
  • Drive Commercial Growth: Accountable for the execution of digital ecommerce-related activities within the region, responsible for the digital shopper team's development, and play an important role in building up commercial capabilities in this space.
  • Partner with Amazon EU: Lead all aspects of The LEGO Group's business with Amazon EU, our biggest and most strategic partner in the region.
  • Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with our global ecommerce Centre of Excellence, global Product and Marketing Development organisation, and Data Office to ensure the needs of B2B ecommerce are reflected in the Company Digital Product and Data roadmaps.
  • Develop and Inspire Team: Empower, grow, and retain ecommerce talent by building a strong and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Significant Experience: Significant experience within organisations digitally focused on ecommerce sales, merchandising, and marketing for a global brand.
  • Ecommerce Expertise: Experience in both ecommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Business Analysis: Expertise with business analysis and critical metric tracking within online environment.
  • Project Management: Significant experience in global and/or regional project management and implementation, including with remote teams.
  • Agile Leadership: Proven track record of inspiring teams to thrive within Agile ways of working and a test and learn culture.
  • C-Level Experience: Significant experience working with C-Level executives.
