As a key member of the DTC team, you will play a vital role in leading end-to-end customer journey design for the ecommerce website. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Lead the Design Process: Guide the entire customer journey design process for the ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Drive Engagement & Sales: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement UX/UI solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive sales conversions.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Team to bring your design concepts to life, ensuring smooth implementation and technical feasibility.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key website performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data insights to propose continuous UX improvements.
  • Strategic Reporting: Communicate key findings and recommendations to the business stakeholders, influencing decision-making based on user behavior and market trends.
  • Industry Best Practices: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of the latest UX/UI best practices and emerging technologies.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in UX Design, with a focus on ecommerce environments.
  • Mastery of design platforms such as Figma and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing successful design implementations and measurable results.
  • Familiarity with UX tracking platforms like Hotjar to analyze user behavior and gather insights.
