About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to join our team at Verisure. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Verisure remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and/or French a plus.
