Perry Ellis Europe is looking for an Ecommerce Trading Executive to join their London team and support the day to day management and long term growth of its online business.

Working across two established and successful men’s fashion brands Farah and original Penguin UK, the Ecommerce Fashion Trading Executive will work alongside the Senior Ecommerce Manager to maximise online revenue and deliver a best in class online merchandising experience. They will be the key stakeholder for the Ecommerce product catalogue and inventory.

The Role
- Work closely with planning team on seasonal launch plan to deliver optimal sell throughs. Continue to work with planning and merchandising teams in season to analyse and optimise product performance at an individual and category level.
- Responsible for all category and product page management and optimisation including catalogue attributes, tags, filters, sort rules, currencies, badging, navigation and A/B testing across the two sites.
- Partner with Sports trading Executive on all product related technology including on merchandising rules & testing, site search and product up/cross sell. Collaborate with development and technology teams for the successful deployment of new initiatives. Act as Fashion Product Owner for product related development projects.
- Partner with Sports trading Executive on setting up of promotions including price files, discount codes, shipping and category based promotions.
- Produce and analyse reports translating insight and analytics into useable data to maximise sales and margin. Measurable Key Performance Indicator’s will include add to basket, conversion, ASP, AOV, sell through % and margin.
- Optimise site and customer journey during daily site walks and data analysis.
- Prepare end of season analysis working alongside planning team to inform future product selection ahead of buys.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing manager to optimise website for SEO content, including product descriptions and on site content.
- Work with the brand Marketing teams to maximise growth on site alongside launch dates and events.
- Must be comfortable working in large excel reports with medium-complex formulas.
- An e-commerce product specialist/enthusiast with proven experience in a retail environment.
- Strong commercial understanding and awareness.
- Comfortable with delivering data analysis and extracting insight.
- Experience in CRO and onsite merchandising techniques.
- Has managed or been part of projects to deliver technical change or new tool integrations.
- Good understanding of web tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, OMS, WMS)
- A lover of Excel.
- A passion for product.
- Highly analytical.
- Results driven and commercially adept.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet simultaneous deadlines.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident at problem solving and decision making.
