**Job Summary**

Beringer Tame is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital commerce efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ecommerce strategies to enhance website performance, customer engagement, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the website to maximize customer experience and drive sales.
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to enhance website performance and customer engagement.
  • Analyze performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee digital marketing agencies across pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, affiliates, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with in-house developers to enhance website speed, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI).
  • Partner with the marketing team to boost brand awareness, traffic quality, and customer acquisition.
  • Improve acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies for local audiences in the UK, North America, and Europe.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive continuous website performance improvements.
  • Oversee website uploads and landing page development.
  • Manage the community manager to ensure targets are met and roles are executed efficiently.

**Requirements**

  • Deep knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate channels.
  • Excellent grasp of UX, customer flow, and web analysis.
  • Proficiency in attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, and sales journey optimization.
  • A passion for data, with meticulous attention to detail.
