The Role
We’re looking for someone to join our brilliant team, with a passion for the mission and helping to grow sales on DTC and Amazon.
In this role you will be able to create a global website strategy, for one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe, with the budgets and resources to move quickly. You will manage 1-2 Customer Services agents, with the opportunity to scale your team as the business grows. You’ll sit in the Growth Team and work closely with the Brand Team on campaigns and website content. This is an opportunity to learn quickly from the best in the industry
Key Responsibilities
Improve the UK and US DTC websites: Drive a program of CRO improvements with responsibility for devising, running and measuring A/B tests informed by good use of data and user research. Look across the UI, UX, Range, Pricing and Promotions to find profit driving improvements.
Landing Page testing: Support with A/B testing program for landing pages, in collaboration with the acquisition team.
Project manage seasonal campaigns on DTC and Amazon: For new product launches and seasonal campaigns, make a timeline, brief the creative team and get the right assets live on each touchpoint.
Amazon product page optimisation: Work with the creative team and Amazon lead to optimise our UK and US Amazon listings.
Customer Services: Manage the small Customer Service team to deliver world class service levels.
Email and SMS marketing: Own and improve the emails and SMS that we send to our large database of email subscribers and customers
About You
3+ years experience working in a high growth D2C ecommerce business, with expertise in managing websites
An organised, people-person who loves collaborating across the team to get projects done efficiently
Proficient with a range of ecommerce tools - Shopify, Google Analytics, Hot Jar etc.
Excellent with data and reporting
Proactive and enjoys working at a fast pace, to test and learn what works & what doesn’t
Curious - TRIP is creating a new category so faces new challenges & new opportunities, creating our path is going to be exciting We will need a creative problem solver, who is comfortable pivoting strategy and has a desire to try new things.
Experience with Amazon growth is a bonus
