Our team of experts has extensive experience in developing web-based eCommerce applications using SAP Commerce, a platform based on Java and Spring.
Role Overview:
As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our web-based eCommerce application, ensuring the use of best practices and high standards of code quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, develop, refactor, test, and deliver new features, shaping the technical direction of the project and guiding the team towards successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field.
- Significant experience in software development with backend development programming languages, particularly Java; experience with Python and Golang is also highly valued.
- Experience in a leadership role, such as Tech Lead or Architect, with a proven track record in making sound architectural decisions, balancing technical and business requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of best practice software development design patterns and software architecture principles.
- Proven track record in web-based application development using the Spring framework, Java, and JSP.
- Experience working with SAP Commerce (nice to have) or any other eCommerce platform based on Spring and Java.
