The Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead our ecommerce function as we expand globally. Reporting directly into the Digital Director, this role will take ownership of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) trading channel, drive sales and conversion, manage stock budgeting and forecasting, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy in collaboration with the Digital team.
  • Own the DTC channel and drive sales growth across our 4 Shopify stores.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure optimal stock levels and forecast product performance to determine buying volumes.
  • Report and analyze website performance, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Manage daily operations on the Shopify stores, ensuring accurate and optimized product listings, trade-led visual merchandising, and navigation.
  • Own the trading and marketing calendar in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the wider Digital team for promotional activities, collection launches, email marketing, performance marketing, and influencer campaigns.
  • Lead website enhancements and customer journeys to support conversion and Average Order Value (AOV) uplifts.
  • Develop and execute the international strategy, managing all aspects of localizing websites.
  • Manage on-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ensuring an optimal site structure and technical setup.
  • Act as the website brand guardian, ensuring a seamless brand experience at all times.

  • Commercial acumen and strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • International experience, preferably in the US market.
  • A good understanding of creative needs within luxury fashion.
  • A self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Experience working with luxury fashion brands.
  • Experience growing an international fashion brand.
  • Experience launching localized websites, managing multiple languages.
  • Proficiency in using Data Studio, Funnel, and TripleWhale.
