Your Role: Director of eCommerce Operations

As the Director of eCommerce Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping HeadX's future. You'll lead a high-performing team, establish operational excellence, and drive sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a dynamic and ambitious company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Design and implement robust operational systems to streamline processes, minimize inefficiencies, and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team, providing insights and guidance on front-end operations, including store management, logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Lead data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring, utilizing KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring responsible resource allocation and cost control.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization across all operational functions.
About You:

You are a seasoned eCommerce leader with a proven track record of success in scaling high-growth businesses. Your expertise spans operations management, logistics, supply chain, financial planning, and team leadership.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in executive and senior leadership roles within fast-paced eCommerce companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue from $1 Million to $30 Million or beyond within a 5-year timeframe.
  • Extensive experience managing full-cycle logistics and supply chain operations, as well as back-office functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Administration, and Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, risk management, and financial planning.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
