The Person
We are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our expanding team based in Doncaster.
- You must have good attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and able to prioritise and multi-task effectively.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities, projects and deadlines
- Computer skills with Word, Excel and database experience
- A ‘can do’ attitude, able to get along with anyone
- Have initiative and an eye for detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
We’re looking for someone polite, friendly, trustworthy, honest, excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be a team player and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Responsibilities will include
- Provide excellent face to face, front of house and telephone service by owning and managing incoming calls, voicemails & emails within the company-standard 2-hour time frame
- Ensure all communication is recorded in HubSpot and the CRM system is used to its full potential
- Have the ability to work diligently and quickly deal with issues in their entirety
- Deal with buyer complaints effectively and escalate to senior management if necessary
- Day-to-day office administration
- A willingness to understand and ascertain the value of the assets we sell
- Ensuring you seek to understand the auctions we hold and assets we sell to deliver the most accurate information and value to our customers
- Day-to-day correspondence with our buyers and clients
- Coordinate the buyer collections schedule and book in collections efficiently
- Liaise with the on-site collection teams regarding any buyer issues
- Accountability for reconciling collection notes if required
- Supporting accounts team by chasing non-payers
- Passing across any relevant information post auction to the accounts team such as non-collections, cash sales, additional agreements
- Working with the accounts team to reconcile payments against collections/auctions if needed
- Support other departments and have a cross-departmental attitude
- Support with lead generation for the sales team
Qualifications
2 years recent experience in customer service
2 years recent experience in administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Salary will be highly competitive and commensurate with experience and the value brought to the business. Other benefits include 30 days holiday (including statutory), pension, Uncapped bonus, full T&E, company gym.
