We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, handling inbound customer enquiries, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities, working closely with the external sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Utilize our internal CRM system and Sage accounts system to process sales and purchases, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
