An experienced customer service coordinator is required to join the property maintenance team of a residential housing regeneration business at their Headquarters in Doncaster.

The role is crucial to the overall success of the business, because by receiving and resolving property related issues effectively on behalf of residents, you will ensure that they feel acknowledged and valued.

From downloading reports, actioning works orders, to engaging with contractors and keeping residents informed, this varied role requires a team player with great customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to works order requests for maintenance issues for your own portfolio of properties.
- Prioritising work to be carried out on properties daily.
- Handling Incoming and outgoing calls to residents to resolve housing maintenance issues.
- Managing the expectations of residents regarding maintenance and repairs, and keeping them advised on an ongoing basis about the status of repairs to their properties.
- Obtaining quotes for works and selecting and instructing contractors.
- Authorising work to be carried out.
- Receiving and recording invoices for works carried out and reconciling invoices before authorising for payment.

**Skills required**:

- Exceptional customer service skills, property sector skills and advantage and previous work experience of working with contractors is required.
- A proven ability to resolve customer disputes in a calm, empathetic way.
- Excellent time management skills, including prioritising workloads.
- A team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.

**Remuneration and benefits**:
A generous 30 days’ holiday entitlement per year (plus 8 bank holidays)

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
