We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Services and Contract Management Teams, you will provide day-to-day administration support, ensuring the smooth processing of documentation and effective management of contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Services Team activities and provide quotes and customer information through our CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with customers, the Services Team, and Contract Management Team to proactively manage issues.
- Provide Customer KPI Data for presentation by the Contract Management Team.
- Maintain and update key business trackers, databases, and reports in a timely manner.
- Receive customer demand and arrange delivery of products, coordinating transport to ensure timely delivery.
- Expedite the receipt and processing of business data, undertaking ERP system transactional processes to support customer invoicing.
- Assist and support customers with queries and escalate concerns or issues promptly to the Assistant Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager as appropriate.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer-focused administration role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering business.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Administrative experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and customer relationship building skills.
- Ability to work with data and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to work individually or as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness and a self-motivated, proactive attitude.
- A competitive basic salary of £24,000.
