Regional Sales Manager – Northern UK | £45K + Uncapped Commission (£32K OTE) + Car Allowance
Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in medical devices or capital equipment sales? Looking for a role where you can make a real impact in the healthcare sector?
Croyde Medical is a rapidly growing supplier of maternity and neonatal equipment, supporting midwives and clinicians in transforming hospital environments. Since 2014, we have built a reputation for innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service. Now, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and strengthen relationships across the Northern UK region.
What's in it for you?
- £45,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (average additional earnings of £32,000)

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals to drive capital equipment sales
- Conduct high-quality product demonstrations, training, and clinical support
- Provide after-sales service to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share across the region
- Work remotely with daily travel to customer sites
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in medical device or capital equipment sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Full UK driving licence
