The role is hands on, with the incumbent responsible for a portion of the annual revenue target and facilitating that of their team. A great sales leadership opportunity with a clear roadmap to successful and potential role development to Managing Director in due course.

Role Info

-Internationally recognised brand with secure monitoring solutions

-Key member of the Executive Management team

-Responsible for revenue growth and GTM strategy

-Accountable for leading the Sales Team

Role Requirements

Enterprise sales leadership experience

Hands on approach with personal revenue responsibilities

Ideally pre-existing knowledge of the Security or Connectivity space

Approach to leadership is rigorous, detail and accountable

Capable of reorientating a sales team from a transactional to a solutions selling methodology

Geographically situated anywhere in the UK

Package - £100k to £110k base + up to Double OTE
