The Role
Based in Manchester, Leeds, or London and reporting to the Associate Sales Director, the Property Investment Consultant role is for individuals with resilience, ambition, and a passion for hitting targets. This is your opportunity to leverage your determination and consultative selling skills to drive property deals and contribute to NPG's success.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Reach out to a database of potential investors and respond quickly to incoming warm leads, building trust and demonstrating consistent proactivity.
- Communication Excellence: Connect with investors through various channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings, to foster strong relationships.
- Investment Expertise: Understand client goals and provide tailored recommendations using in-depth knowledge of off-plan property investments, payment structures, and market trends.
- Deal Facilitation: Negotiate effectively, address client queries, and articulate the value of investment opportunities to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Transaction Management: Ensure accuracy in all stages of the transaction process, from maintaining client records in Salesforce to navigating reservation and commission forms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like Aftersales and external partners such as Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors to streamline processes and optimize the client experience.
- Site Visits: Conduct on-site evaluations of development projects to provide clients with first-hand insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales or client-facing roles, ideally in a property sales environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles.
- Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends.
- Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Dropbox for client engagement and relationship management.
