Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving growth and managing high-performing teams?

We're currently hiring for a Head of Sales (North) to join a market-leading furnishing solutions provider that has built a strong reputation within the residential real estate sector. With over 20 years of success, they partner with the likes of property developers, estate agencies, and operators of BTR and PBSA.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and scale the sales function across the North of the UK, with a key focus on Manchester, driving revenue growth and managing a talented team of Business Development Managers. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the team to achieve a £5m revenue target, with a clear growth plan to reach £10m over the next 2-3 years.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring they are motivated, equipped, and achieving targets.
  • Implement Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Sales (South) to roll out and refine the national sales strategy, ensuring a unified approach across the business.
  • Maximise Sales Conversion: Oversee the management of incoming sales leads, ensuring high conversion rates and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Protect Profit Margins: Maintain a strong commercial focus, ensuring sales growth does not compromise profitability.
  • Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, regularly review team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Market Insight: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure the business remains competitive and aligned with market demands.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in a property, furnishing solutions, or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding large-scale sales targets.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
  • Commercially astute with a strong focus on profit margins and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence key stakeholders.

What's On Offer:

  • £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary + OTE of £100,000 - £110,000.
