Area Sales Manager

The Role:
- Responsible for a customer base in the region of North West England and North Wales
- Responsible for the planning and execution of customer visits in the sales region (industrial and trade customers) incl. price negotiations.
- Responsible for developing new business with existing and new customers
- You will act as the first point of contact for the client, incl. following up on quotations
- You will plan and coordinate product tests with end clients, if necessary supported by application engineers
- You will actively advise on the possible applications of our clients products
- You will also participate in branch exhibitions and in-house fairs
To qualify you will have:
- A business/engineering education
- Passion and understanding for technical topics
- Experience in sales of industrial or technical products
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of personal responsibility, motivation and result orientation
- Experience using a CRM system and MS-Office
- Though your base will be your home office. Assume a travel activity of up to 75%
