Job Title: Territory Sales Managers – Manchester

Location: Biggleswade Bedfordshire (Field-based located in Manchester) Salary: £25k – £30k Annual Package + Company Car + Sales Incentives

We are a fast-moving consumer goods distribution business primarily focused on snack food categories. Our products are available across all the national retailers and independent groceries. The portfolio of brands that we distribute are primarily from South East Asia and are market leaders in these countries.

We are a business that has been around for over a decade and have an established brand portfolio. Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of our business across the independent outlets in Manchester.

The Challenge

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Managers located in Manchester to drive sales growth and expand our market presence for our brands. This role is perfect for an experienced FMCG sales professional and has the passion for building customer relationships and achieving both distribution and sales targets.  

The right candidate has the opportunity to grow within a dynamic sales organization that offers scope for developing the required skills to advance your career.

  Key Responsibilities

-              Develop and execute sales and distribution plans for the territory

-              Develop strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new customers.

-              Analyse market trends and competitor activities

-              Collaborate with trade marketing, customer service teams to optimize sales efforts. 

-              Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Regional Managers.

-              Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.  

  Qualifications

-              Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Marketing, or related field.  

-              3+ years of proven sales experience, in sales of FMCG products  

-              Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-               Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

-              Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales and distribution targets            

-              Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
