Role Description

This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role located in Manchester, focusing on business opportunities nationwide. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to driving business success through sales strategies, managing a sales team, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets across both our temporary and permanent recruitment markets. This role will boast a basic salary of anywhere from £30,000 - £35,000 per annum with a very lucrative uncapped commission scheme also in play from day one.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
