As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Regional Clinical Manager to lead, develop, and support our clinical teams, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
The Role
As Regional Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining compliance with CQC and quality assurance standards. You will provide leadership, training, and development to your team while driving performance, quality, and patient safety. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in shaping and improving clinical services in alignment with Compleo Health's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring services meet and exceed quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Lead and develop clinical teams, providing mentorship, training, and performance management
- Ensure CQC compliance, incident management, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Manage operational efficiency, optimising patient flow and resource allocation across mobile and fixed-site services
- Work closely with business development and operations teams to enhance service delivery and expand partnerships
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with host sites and referrers
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical performance
What We Are Looking For
- Clinical leadership experience with a proven track record in managing teams in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, CQC standards, and quality assurance frameworks
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in operational and financial management, including budget control and resource planning
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus 5+ years of clinical experience
- Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel nationally as required
